Sand & Symbol is a powerful method for accessing the unconscious in a way that can bring awareness and insight to the conscious mind.
Individually, you have an opportunity to develop a scene, using symbols in the sand, then share about it, if you choose.
The practice of sandtray is focused on what is at work in you and supportive of your growth. This is an opportunity to share parts of yourself and be witnessed by a caring community.

You are invited to dip into a safe and creative circle in which we’ll explore themes vital to meaning making in our lives. You’ll experience the impact of the poem-making process as a roadmap to enhance and foster insights and wellness.
Sessions will include reflections on quotes / poems, writing prompts, and time to write and share what is speaking to you.

Labyrinth Walks
As a trained labyrinth facilitator with Veriditas, I can lead you and your group through a meditative walk at a local labyrinth. We can also process the experience by making a SoulCollage® card! Just for fun? Honoring a friend or family member? Birthday? Memorial?
WHAT IS A LABYRINTH?
The labyrinth is a walking meditation, a path of prayer and an archetypal blueprint where psyche meets Spirit. It has only one path that leads from the outer edge in a circuitous way to the center.There are no tricks to it and no dead ends. Unlike a maze where you lose your way, the labyrinth is a spiritual tool that can help you find your way.
